For Government employees: a free, interactive workshop on the new WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines on Wednesday 17 April. This training is for anyone in government who would like to understand WCAG 2.1.

WCAG 2.1 is an extension to WCAG 2.0 and is being implemented globally to increase the accessibility of digital services. Soon, the advice in the Digital Service Standard will be to meet WCAG 2.1, and we want Australian Government agencies to be prepared. We know of some agencies who are already implementing it as best practice, including the DTA.

Come to this interactive session to learn about the new WCAG 2.1 requirements, what you need to do to implement them, and who is responsible for them in your team.

This session will be hosted by DTA’s accessibility and inclusion co-leads Andrew and Sarah, who together have 27 years of experience working in this space.
