An accessibility leader since the 1990s, Neil has led key projects, championed the Marrakesh Treaty in Asia-Pacific, and advanced the Born Accessible movement as Round Table President and DAISY board member.

Andrew Arch
Principal Digital Accessibility Consultant, Intopia
Working in the field of digital accessibility for over 20 years, Andrew has helped establish the digital access team at Vision Australia, worked at the W3C in Europe on the overlapping issues of ageing and accessibility needs, and spent 7 years as the senior accessibility expert in the Australian Government.

Sophia Rinaldis
Director of the Disability Rights Team, Australian Human Rights Commission
A social worker by profession, she has worked in disability and mental health advocacy, in Canada and Australia. Sophia’s expertise in safeguarding the rights of persons with disability is gained through her varied experience in complaints resolution, policy development in government departments, and systemic advocacy.
