  • Business Development Consultant
  • Senior Digital Accessibility Consultant
  • Digital Accessibility Consultant

Business Development Consultant

We are looking for a talented and authentic business development consultant that can build strong relationships with our clients. It’s a full-time role, and will initially be on a 9 month contract (with expectations of extending the role). Applicants from anywhere in Australia and New Zealand can apply.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the first port of call for potential new clients, meeting with them, understanding their needs and propose solutions
  • Preparing business proposals for new and existing clients, including scoping of work
  • Review contracts and respond to tenders on behalf of the business
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to help manage client expectations
  • Responding to inbound business development inquiries
  • Actively maintain and monitor Intopia’s client base, and proactively engage with clients to understand future opportunities

Digital Accessibility and Senior Digital Accessibility Consultants

Have a passion for digital accessibility and want to make a difference? We’re looking for Digital Accessibility Consultants to join us. Both of these roles are remote, so if you’re interested, we encourage you to apply no matter where you’re located. These roles will be offered as 6-month contracts with potential to extend.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct assessments against WCAG 2.1 and accessibility best practice on multiple digital platforms (web and native mobile)
  • Clearly describe issues and provide actionable recommendations on how to fix accessibility issues
  • Work with organisations to help them pragmatically improve their accessibility maturity
  • Work onsite and remotely with multi-disciplinary teams, including designers and developers, to review and provide feedback on accessibility across the software development lifecycle
  • Define project-specific accessibility requirements
  • Champion digital accessibility
