2. Choose a delivery option

We offer:

  • Online: Delivered live via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • In-person: Delivered onsite at your location (subject to trainer availability and travel requirements).

Additional travel and accommodation costs may apply for in-person sessions.

3. Confirm attendee numbers

Let us know the approximate number of attendees for each course so we can tailor pricing and logistics accordingly.

4. Review our proposal

We’ll prepare a detailed proposal outlining your training options and total costs. Discounts are available for multi-course bookings and for non-profit organisations.

5. Organise payment

Once you’ve confirmed your selections, we’ll send an invoice for the agreed training package. Your payment confirms your booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll take care of the rest.

6. Lock in dates and times

As soon as payment is received, we’ll confirm dates and times for each session. We can schedule training to suit your organisation’s time zone and working hours.

7. Send meeting invites and pre-training emails to attendees

We’ll request the names and email addresses of all attendees. Each participant will receive a calendar invite and a pre-training email one week before their session.
